Hi, I’m Emma, owner of The Powerhouse.

I have been practicing Pilates since 2018; using it primarily to gain strength and rehabilitate a back injury. I know firsthand how effective Pilates is for building and maintaining strength, balance, flexibility and control, no matter your age, gender or fitness level.

I undertook my comprehensive Pilates training under Kirk James Smith between 2020-2022 and have been teaching groups and individuals since 2023.
