Live Online Classes

Monday:

18:00-18:45 Seated Pilates (all ability)

19:00-19:45 Mat Pilates (all ability)

Classes are £9 per person per class or £80 for 10 classes.

Duet: £60 or 4 for £230

Online Classes:

Chair/Mat class: £9 or 10 for £80

All sessions and classes by appointment only; walk-ups are not accepted.

Participation subject to completion of medical questionnaire.

The Powerhouse operates a 24 hour cancellation policy: if you are unable to attend a pre-arranged session please contact me at least 24 hours ahead of time, otherwise you will be charged for the session.
